Where we ship

Australia-wide. We do not currently ship internationally.

What it costs

Flat rate of AU$12.95 anywhere in Australia.

Free shipping on orders over AU$150.

When it leaves us

Every print is made to order. We dispatch from our Sydney studio within 2–3 business days of your orderbeing placed.

Orders placed on a weekend or a NSW public holiday start counting from the next business day.

When it arrives

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

• Metro areas — 3–7 business days
• Regional and remote areas — 5–12 business days

These are estimates from our carrier, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays and the period from lateNovember to Christmas can all add time.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. You will get a tracking link by email the moment your print is dispatched. If it hasnot arrived and the tracking has not moved for five business days, email us and we will chase it.

If it arrives damaged

Framed prints travel in rigid packaging with a plexiglass front, so damage is rare — but it happens.

Email support@dunoradesign.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. Wewill send you a prepaid return label for the damaged print and dispatch a replacement as soon as it is onits way back to us. You will not pay any postage. Full detail is in our returns and refunds policy.

Please keep the original packaging until the matter is settled — it is what the print travels back in, andthe carrier sometimes asks to see it.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address before you order. If a parcel is returned to us because the addresswas wrong or nobody could receive it, we will happily resend it, but a second AU$12.95 postage chargeapplies.
