Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed through dunoradesign.com. By placing an order you agree tothem.

Who you are dealing with

This store is operated by Dunora Design — “Dunora”, “we”, “us” — ABN 15 267 437 268, 1 Suakin St,Pymble NSW 2073. You can reach us at support@dunoradesign.com.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old and have a delivery address in Australia.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars.

We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order we have already accepted.

Occasionally a price or a product detail is wrong despite our best efforts. If we find an error in an orderyou have placed, we contact you before dispatch and ask whether you would like to continue at thecorrect price or cancel for a full refund. We will never simply charge you more than the price you agreed.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order — not when youreceive the order confirmation email, which only confirms that we have received it.

We may decline an order. If we do, we refund you in full and tell you why.

Made to order

Every print is produced after you order it. We dispatch from our Sydney studio within 2–3 business days.

To cancel or change an order, email support@dunoradesign.com as soon as you can. We can usuallyaccommodate a change before the print goes into production. Once it has, our returns and refundspolicy applies instead.

Custom commissions

Commissioned artwork is quoted individually and produced to a written brief agreed with you beforework begins. Two rounds of revision are included in the quoted price; further rounds are quotedseparately. Payment terms are set out in the quote.

Commissions are made for you specifically and are not covered by the 30-day change-of-mindguarantee. They remain fully covered if they arrive faulty, damaged, or do not match the brief we agreed.

Colour, materials and finish

Screens differ. The colour you see on your monitor or phone will not be an exact match for the printedpiece, and the same file looks different on two different screens. Our product images are as accurate aswe can make them, but they are a representation, not a colour proof.

Prints are produced on 180gsm matte stock. Framed pieces use a solid wood frame with a plexiglassfront. Wood is a natural material, so grain and tone vary a little between frames.

These variations are normal and are not faults. If a print is not right for you for any reason, the 30-dayguarantee in our returns and refunds policy covers you.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs, images and text on this site belong to Dunora Design or are used with permission.Buying a print buys you the physical object.

You may display a print you have bought anywhere you like, including in a business — a café, a bar,an office or a rental property. What you may not do is reproduce it: copying, scanning, photographing forresale, printing again, or any other commercial reproduction of the artwork requires our writtenpermission.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone elsehas used it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, or to harvest itscontent by automated means for commercial purposes.

Liability

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothingin these terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights.

Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a product is limited — at our option — toreplacing it, supplying an equivalent, or refunding what you paid for it.

We are not liable for loss that could not reasonably have been expected to follow from our breach.

This site may link to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published at the time youplaced it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and disputes are subject to thecourts of that state.
